Monday – Friday: Drop off between 7am – 10.45am
Pick up between 3pm – 5.45pm
Saturday: Drop off between 9am – 10am

Saturday 9am – 4.45pm (Playday drop off 9am – 9.30am and Sleepover collection only)

Please note if the gates are closed we are unable to check dogs in or out (set licensing opening hours similar to shops having trading opening hours)

In The Dog House Ltd offers an ‘Early Bird Check In Service’ subject to availability (8am – 8.45am Sat, Sunday and Bank Hol Mondays). Please speak to a member of the office team to organise this should you need to.

Where do I start!! Toby had his induction day today and it was amazing !!!!! The team made me feel at such ease even before the day and I had updates throughout. I was so nervous to leave him anywhere but they took such good care of him, they really are amazing at what they do! I can't wait for him to go back again and for him to have sleepovers! Everyone needs to support these guys !!!! Thank you so much again
Our 4.5 month old puppy Maple had her induction day at ITDH earlier this week and she had a great time. We were really keen to get her socialised with other dogs and pups and this was the perfect place. The team kept us in the loop throughout the day with lots of pics and updates on how Maple was doing which was really lovely. We've already booked our next doggy daycare day and will definitely be bringing Maple back on a regular basis.
My Winnie has been here for the last 7 days for day care, wow!!! She's had an amazing time with all her new friends.. Winnie is a confident little one but since going here her confidence is through the roof! She's so happy and content which made things for the both of us... I will honestly keep up with her play days here, for her this is a great place to go to! All the staff were so helpful and friendly and Showed so much love towards Winnie! Thank you so much ITDH for taking care of my girl we will see you soon!! 5* service!!
My Buddy boy has had the most amazing day at ITDH. He has come home completely worn out from all the lovely things he has done and as a bonus he made some little furry friends. ITDH kept me updated all day long with WhatsApp messages, photos and even a voice note! I couldn't recommend this place enough. The staff are very professional, full of knowledge and clearly have nothing but passion for the work they do. I am 100% confident that my Buddy will be in good hands when we go away on our holiday. I wouldn't leave him any where else.
